John 6:35-38 The Message (MSG)

Jesus said, “I am the Bread of Life.
The person who aligns with me hungers no more and thirsts no more, ever.
 I have told you this explicitly because even though you have seen me in action, you don’t really believe me.
Every person the Father gives me eventually comes running to me.
And once that person is with me, I hold on and don’t let go.
 I came down from heaven not to follow my own whim but to accomplish the will of the One who sent me.

All praise goes to God...2 Corinthians 1:3-4

2 Corinthians 1:3-4 The Voice (VOICE)
All praise goes to God, Father of our Lord Jesus, the Anointed One.
He is the Father of compassion, the God of all comfort.
 He consoles us as we endure the pain and hardship of life so that we may draw from His comfort and share it with others in their own struggles.

2 Corinthians 1:3-5 The Message (MSG)
All praise to the God and Father of our Master,
Jesus the Messiah! Father of all mercy!
God of all healing counsel!
He comes alongside us when we go through hard times,
and before you know it, he brings us alongside someone else who is going through hard times so that we can be there for that person just as God was there for us.
 We have plenty of hard times that come from following the Messiah,
 but no more so than the good times of his healing comfort—we get a full measure of that, too.
